  • Not creating content that infringes on third-party rights
  • Reviewing generated content before publishing or sharing it

4. Intellectual Property

Users retain ownership of their original content. PostPaw retains ownership of its platform, technology, branding, and AI-generated elements. Users grant PostPaw a license to process and enhance their content as necessary to provide the service.

5. Payment and Refunds

Subscription fees are billed in advance. Any trial, billing, cancellation, or refund terms are presented at checkout or inside the service. Payment processing may be handled by third-party payment providers.

6. Limitation of Liability

PostPaw shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

7. Third-Party Platform Publishing

PostPaw can publish posts to your connected social media accounts on your behalf. By connecting a platform account and initiating a publish action, you:

  • Authorize PostPaw to publish content to your account when you request it
  • Acknowledge that published content is subject to the respective platform's terms and community guidelines
  • Accept responsibility for ensuring your content complies with each platform's content policies

You may disconnect any platform account at any time from your PostPaw settings. PostPaw is not responsible for actions taken by third-party platforms regarding your content, including removal, restriction, rate limits, or account suspension.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the service will cease, and any outstanding fees remain due.

9. Changes to Terms

PostPaw reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or platform notification.
