Data deletion

Delete your PostPaw account

  1. Log in to PostPaw.
  2. Open Dashboard, then Settings.
  3. Select Delete my account and type DELETE to confirm.

PostPaw cancels recurring billing and permanently removes your account, business profile, posts, schedules, uploaded media, and stored social-platform credentials.

Facebook, Instagram, and Threads data

You can also remove PostPaw from Meta's Apps and Websites settings. Meta then sends PostPaw a signed deletion request, and PostPaw removes the stored credentials and platform data for that connection. Meta provides a confirmation link to this page.
